Precious Eseosa Star was born in Brooklyn and raised (mostly) in New Jersey. She graduated from Bard College where she double majored in Studio Arts and Anthropology. Her artwork centers around body image, nostalgia, and this sort of reckoning with who she is in the world. She also just started law school.
